Shatta Wale has disclosed to Deloris Frimpong Manso (Delay) that he intends to quit active music in four years.
In the interesting interview, where the Kakai star made several controversial remarks including accusing Criss Wale of being gay, he spoke of picking up ample business knowledge with regards to making music, hence his intention to leave the scene by 2020.
“I’ve told my manager I want to retire by 2020 and I’m working towards that. I save a lot and don’t spend too much on so when I want to buy anything any day, I can go ahead and do it”, he said.
For the past five years, Shatta Wale has enjoyed the top spot in Ghanaian music with several hits. He has also constantly made headlines due to feuds with several other colleagues and industry players as well as his controversial statements.
