Job Description

The purpose of this function is to maintain and manage the contractual relationship with our customers in Tier 2 Sanction Countries. This function is operational and is intended to align with Sage ambition.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that validated Renewals Customers are bulk imported into management tool (Dow Jones)
  • Ensure that validated NCA (New Customer Acquisition) are bulk imported in Dow Jones over the NCA notice period (expires 30 September 2019)
  • Perform Due Diligence Checks (DDC) in Dow Jones for all Renewals and NCA customers across all Tier 2 restricted countries within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Flag all DDC Approvals and Declined with uploaded supporting documents
  • Advising the internal team on the outcome of the DDC Process
  • Updating internal system (SmartSheet) on all DDC findings
  • General Sales Operations Administration to ensure governance and policy adherence
  • Ad hoc administrative responsibilities as identified by your manager, Sales Operation Lead

Skills, know-how and experience:

  • Legal Diploma or equivalent work experience required; Legal degree preferred
  • Knowledge of Dow Jones and or other risk assessment tools
  • Proficiency in English language, verbal and written
  • Must be structured and organized

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of Accounting and CRM software, preferably Sage product portfolio .

Technical / professional qualifications:
Legal qualification essential
