Jobs Inventory Controller at DHL Published 3 years ago on February 15, 2022 By Jobs in Nigeria Consistently achieve established key performance indicators for productivity, accuracy and housekeeping To work within any operating areas as determined by the management and needs of the business Housekeeping Health and Safety Working in a team environment Timeous completion of tasks Assist with the induction and training of stock control assistants as and when necessary Complying with company policies and procedures Perform regular cycle counts in accordance with agreed schedules to ensure KPI’s are met Perform unplanned cycle counts in response to warehouse stock integrity issues such as stock discrepancies and pick Carry out detailed stock investigations when requested, make adjustments and report Investigate and rectify any issues created by replenishment synchronization Perform regular audits of key processes including: Receiving, Put Away, Pick & Dispatch according to agreed schedules and report Monitor non-locatable stock and report issues Relocate stock and required in order to maintain both store friendly picking and optimum slot utilization Utilize warehouse management systems effectively to support the above tasks Filing all documentation generated as a result of the above Respond to product holds when required Ensure all equipment used during the course of daily duties is handled correctly and to report any defects to the Section Manager When conducting duties, follow standard operating procedures and safe working practices Perform administration tasks according to standard operating procedures To ensure full compliance and implementation to the Global BRC Standards Be accountable for each and every movement of the products pallets to minimize loose or damage of the products To rely on systems and physical view of the product to ensure that stock /pallets within the warehouse is data driven To ensure that the inventory controller follow all the procedures of minimizing at stock lose and locating stock in the warehouse READ ALSO: Marine Services Supervisor at Strides Energy & Maritime Limited – 2 Openings How do I apply for this Job?
