Assistant Officer HRD at Sibanye Stillwater

The appointee should:

  • NQF 4 (National Senior Certificate or Grade 12 or National Senior Certificate for Adults).
  • ETD OD Level 3 Certificate.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in Mining processing Industry.
  • Assessor.
  • Clear security screening record.
  • Valid driver’s license (if applicable).
  • Be declared medically fit for the position and environment, as determined by a risk based medical examination at the relevant Sibanye Stillwater Occupational Health Centre

Key responsibilities:

Technical

  • To ensure that the operational needs are met by scheduling courses as per the plan.
  • Assist with the implementation and facilitation of Technical Training, materials, practices, methodology and procedures to the improve competency levels within the organisation
  • Implement QCTO/NAMB, SETA and QMS (ISO9001:2015) accreditation to ensure compliance
  • Compile Technical Training Learners progress Reports (daily, weekly and monthly)
  • Assist with cost saving initiatives to reduce operational costs

  • Approve department’s documents.
  • Comply with requirements of the Quality Management System
