Job Description

  • We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual for the position of Business Executive/Sales Executive. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Ikeja, offering flexibility for some remote work. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization.
  • Responsibilities include developing and implementing effective business strategies, driving sales initiatives, conducting thorough market research and analysis, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and management skills, capable of motivating and inspiring others to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to think critically, analyze complex situations, and devise innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Proficient in strategic thinking, with a vision to identify opportunities for business expansion and growth.
  • Sound knowledge of finance and budget management principles, ensuring effective resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets.
  • Previous exposure to the real estate industry is highly desirable and will be considered a plus.
  • Must be a resident of Ikeja or its environs.
