We are looking for an individual with strong customer service experience, as well as a love for numbers and all things fashion! This role requires a tech-savvy individual, with great communication skills in order for you to keep up with the evolving E-commerce landscape.
Key Performance Areas:

• Assisting in all areas of the finance function
• Customer query resolution (finance related)
• Managing payment risk review
• Managing customer refund process

Education, skills, behaviour and knowledge required:

• Grade 12 Certificate.
• Strong Microsoft Office experience with particular focus on Excel.
• Knowledge of e-commerce and online shopping.
• Ability to be proactive, meticulous, and work accurately with numbers.
• Understanding of retail is advantageous.
• 6-12 months customer service environment.
• Call center experience would be advantageous.
