Judge in the Kennedy Agyapong Contempt Case Transferred To Ho High Court
News coming in this morning points out that the judge presiding over Kennedy Agyapong’s contempt case has been transferred to the Ho High Court.
The Assin Central lawmaker has been cited for contempt of court after he was seen in a video on his Net 2 TV raining insults on a High Court judge.
A section of the Ghanaian populace is now of the view that the transfer of the Judge seeks to tamper the processes of the judicial system in handling of the case in which a supposed New Patriotic Party financier is involved.
In other news, The Crime officer investigating Hawa Koomson’s case was transferred from the Central region to the Eastern region.
