We are currently looking for a well seasoned Receptionist in Venetia , to be the first point of approach, offering administrative support across the business. To welcome guest and greet people who visit the business, coordinates front desk activities and distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. Duties & Responsibilities

• Fingerprint enrollment for criminal checks

• Issuing of electronic access cards

• Data capturing and visitor management

Skills and Competencies

• Customer service attitude

• Should have a pleasant personality

• Customers service skills

• Should be able to deals with emergencies I a timely and effective manner

• Multi-tasking and stress management skills

• Must have a Driver’s License – C1

Qualifications

• Matric

• Computer literacy

• Certificate in office management will be an advantage

• 2 Years’ experience in a similar role
