Job Title: Retail Sales Executive
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- This role is responsible for providing back-office support and business analysis for the sales team.
- He or she is responsible for developing routine and ad hoc reports for the team and providing sales administrative support.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare daily reports for the stations.
- Prepare and analyze weekly reports.
- Process expenses (imprest, capital expenses, approvals) for retail stations.
- Carry out a survey of competitors’ prices for various products.
- Provide support functions for managers.
- Act as relief for managers on leave.
- Government regulators management.
- Vendor management.
- Process various licenses and ensure that they are renewed as when due.
- Ensure managers comply with the various set policies.
- Any other function assigned by Group Head, Retail Sales.
- Prepare and track letters and correspondence.
Person Specification
- A minimum of a B.Sc in a Social science, Management, Accounting, Finance, or Engineering related discipline is required.
- Minimum of one(1) year relevant experience in the Retail Marketing/Sales unit of an organization preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Sales and Marketing Skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
