JOB PURPOSE

The purpose of the Risk Coordinator is to supervise and oversee the risk functions of the organisation by supervising the security personnel, monitoring employees and visitors on the surveillance, screening visitors before they are allowed on the premises and manage any other risks.

JOB OBJECTIVES

Surveillance

  • Monitor movement on the premises and document suspicious activity
  • Report activities to relevant area manager to investigate

Investigations and risk management

  • Conduct investigations into breach in safety protocols or after an incident and implement interventions to reduce the risk of re-occurrence

Staff Supervision

  • Manage performance of security personnel of service provider by monitoring their patrolling and providing feedback
Requirements
