To ensure the effective operation and maintenance of the Retail store environment

REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING

  • Matric

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 2-years relevant experience in a store environment
  • 1-year supervisory level will be advantageous
  • Relevant Agricultural product knowledge

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

  • Manage and Develop personnel
  • Manage budget in the warehouse environment
  • Manage sales in the warehouse environment
  • Manage stock control in the warehouse environment
  • General administration

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES

  • Good knowledge of AFGRI Retail’s product range
  • Computer literacy (MS Office and job-related programs)
  • POS knowledge
  • SAP knowledge
