WareHouse Supervisor at Ciazcon
Responsibilities of this Post:
Generating and allocating route sheets to distribution personnel.
Planning of warehouse floor and stacking/storing of goods.
Dispatching drivers and contract drivers to routes after invoices have been checked and verified.
Manage the unloading of goods and final checking against order forms.
Co-ordinate the goods to be delivered.
Managing the relevant personnel who ensure that the correct goods are packed for delivery.
Ensure all driver followed procedures and safety checks.
Organise daily cleaning and duties.
Ensure the correct goods are properly and safely packed.
Receive orders for goods to be delivered.
Ensure equipment is working correctly and provide a safe working environment.
Inspect machinery, equipment and workplaces.
Advise employers and employees about health and safety management systems and work practises.
Checking and verification of POD’s from distribution personnel.
Responsible for supplying batch numbers of products with stock takes.

Requirements of this Post:
Grade 12 Matric (Certificate Studying towards Logistical degree advantageous).
Three years’ Supervisory experience.
Advanced experience Warehousing and distribution practises.
Excellent Organisational skills.
Above average Computer literacy.
