Ghanaians React After Seeing Akufo-Addo Commissioned 'Coal Pots'

Ghanaians have taken to social media to express their feelings after seeing photos of president Akufo-Addo commissioning ‘Coal pot’ yesterday the 26th of October, 2020.

Over the past few weeks, Nana Addo has been touring the whole of Ghana commissioning finished projects by the current NPP and the erstwhile John Mahama government and cutting sod for new projects as well.

Later yesterday, photos of president Akufo-Addo commissioning a huge number of Coal Pots went trending on all social media platforms.

Reacting to the development, man Ghanaians express disappointment in the president as the last person to encourage cutting down of trees to fuel the newly commissioned coal pots since the impact of global warming has been devastating in recent years.

Some also express disgust over the fact that the NPP government is on record to have borrowed over 130 billion US Dollars with 3 and a half years, which is more than what any government has ever borrowed from Ghana’s first president, Dr. Kwame Nkrumah to his immediate predecessor, John Mahama all combined but busily commissioning coal pots.
